Conquer the fear of Positives with your POSITIVITY……!


        A very little key will open a very heavy door” These are the lines of Mr. Charles dickens.
Why am I saying this here?

Few months ago, I watched about the outbreak of Covid-19 in China through news channel. Meanwhile, in the last week my street was very tensed and anxious about the positive test report of my Neighbors. Out of many reasons, it has been spread in most places around us.

We could sense a silence and yet stress everywhere….

Many are psychologically stressed and are in excess anxious, mood swings, many Suicidal deaths than normal because of increased spread of infection and other stressful reasons.

But here I would like to remember you the quote,


“Every lock has a key and every problem has a solution”. We have to wait till we find the solution.

But I can definitely say that the little and golden key to open your heavy lock of stress and anxiety is also present within you. It’s just simple and golden key of learning  OPTIMISM.




“The greatest weapon against stress is our ability to choose one thought over another”. Let your mind to think positively.

By challenging ourselves the negative thinking with positive thinking, we can learn how to be Optimistic.

Either you are in Apartments, individual houses or in villages or in abroad, Psychologically, the world now needs more of optimism to conquer pessimistic.

What can be done to be optimistic?

As a doctor, I would recommend you the following habits:

habit 1: Initiating a mind habit

It’s just simple. Keep your mobile and all your physical distractions aside and sit in a place in a comfortable position. Close your eyes and focus on the center between your eyebrows.

Initially seems distracting, you know? that’s the monkey mind that’s saying your fake distractions. Keep your monkey mind also aside and resume focusing. You will taste the essence of awesome relaxation at the end of focus.

You can do this as much as time you can, depend upon your schedule.

You know? Siddhars named this mind habit as “தியானம்" (Meditation). It has many advanced stages and procedures but you can first start doing this simple habit.



habit 2: What to think and focus?

While focusing, think the quote that “every sunset brings the promise of a new dawn”. Think, this too will pass away just like everything we faced earlier.

Think that I am healthy, I have very good immunity, I will focus on possibilities of my health, of my carrier and I can face Everything positively. Think that we the World will come out of this.

Someone can ask, I am a housewife, I cannot do with my kids, like that... I will strongly say housewives, mothers are the ones who should do definitely for their health and for their family health.

Like you mothers sparing time for every other works, make time for this also alternatively.

habit 3: Practicing this daily without any exceptions:

As I said earlier, you will get such a relaxation for your anxiety, once you do, you yourselves will schedule for next day.


Why called this as habit? Habit is nothing but doing daily and getting boon from your habits.

So never ever skip making time for yourselves in this lockdown.

Habit 4: Practicing SHAVASANA :

Shavasana (also known as Corpse pose) is a great way to calm your mind and body.

                                (For clarifications, do with Ayush doctor's or yoga trainer's supervision)


Steps of doing Shavasana:
  1.  Lie flat on your back on blanket, legs should be separated, keep your arms at your side facing palms upwards.
  2. Close your eyes
  3. Take a slow, steady, deep breath and relax.
  4. Focus on your every organ from your head to toe
  5. Always remember, focus must be a positive focus.
  6. On every breathing feel that you are relaxed and stress free.
  7. On reaching toe, think that all your negative thoughts went outside at the end of your body.

Definitely all your negative vibrations will come out of your body at the end of each sessions.


On practicing this habit daily, your concentration increases, your blood pressure reduces, your anxiety reduces, and your brain waves slowdowns the negative thoughts of you and you will be free of negative thoughts and you will be optimistic.

You will be optimistic in your health, in your works, in your carrier, in your problems.

Having an optimistic mind set in solving our problems is an ultimate blessing to live in this beautiful world.

Every person we see in this world, have any field of interest like reading books, gardening, talking to plants, social service and many more.

You know? They knowingly or unknowingly fertilizing their souls as well.

Meditation and yoga are super guard shield for your body, mind, health over diseases and provide super optimism. Because optimism allows us to evolve our ideas and hope for a better tomorrow in our health and carrier.
